PROGRAMMES OFFERED AT THE CENTRE

The Centre is currently offering the following programmes;:

1. A Two-year ordinary Diploma: This programme is for non-graduates who may have the intention of pursuing further education to degree level in the future. However, it is expected that some others may branch into the world of work after their diploma programme.



2. Certificate Courses of short-term duration for practicing artisans and small time entrepreneurs who may need to properly hone their skills in business venture and management. The programme is opened to business people, civil servants and indeed all comers who need to acquire the necessary skills.



3. A Post-Graduate Diploma programme for graduates in any course of study, as Entrepreneurship education is not the exclusive preserve of those in the Management Sciences. Consequently, admission requirement into the PGD programme has been made flexible enough to accommodate students who studied non-management courses.



4. The Full Degree course will commence in 2008/2009 academic session.



5. Specialized training courses, workshops, seminars and conferences on Entrepreneurship development;



6. Building a sustained link with industry and corporate finance to lend a practical bent to the activities of the Centre. Business incubation and mentorship are among the feature of the training programme in the development of entrepreneurship.
